I reserve the right to refuse or deny any commission without explanation. I also reserve the right to refund any commission when I want to without explanation.

I reserve the right to change, edit, and update these terms though I don't do it often.

I reserve the right to post/use any artwork I make as an example of my work (or to promote myself as an artist) on any website. However, I DO NOT utilize the right to sell commissioned artworks in any way.

I have the right to price my work however I’d like as well as update my prices and commission types however I see fit.

I have the right to blacklist anyone without explanation.

Repost the artwork on any website as long as you properly credit me with one of my official Handles (Instagram, Twitter, Toyhouse, etc.)

Use the artwork non-commercially (Icons, business cards, etc. If you don’t understand what non-commercially means, please research it.)

Sell my artwork in any way or use it commercially (Stickers, shirts, sold comics, etc. Again, if you don’t understand the difference between commercially and non-commercially please do your research.)

Claim my work as your own

Remove my watermark or signature for any reason unless discussed with me first.

My queue can be found on my Trello. I don't have a super strict queue though and might move my queue around from time to time. If you see me finishing other work that's behind you, or moving my queue around, do not get upset. Your work will get finished quickly. When I work, I don't normally go 100% by my queue, I go with what I feel like doing/what I'm capable of doing that day.

My commissions take a lot of time since I am only able to work on art on weekends due to my IRL job that requires me to work all week. You will be notified when I am working on commissions in a timely matter. A lot of times you will see me posting personal art but do not fret that does not mean your commissions aren't being worked on. I tend to draw personal art in between comms and as a warm-up and cool down to avoid burnout.

If I’m sick or in severe pain due to my back injury, have family obligations, have sick family/pets, traveling, etc., my commissions and responses may be delayed. I will update everyone when these situations come up on my Instagram and Twitter as well through our DM's.

Once I have begun working on your commission and have gotten past the sketch phase, you may not ask for a character change, regardless of what happened to the depicted character.

If you’re being too aggressive, disrespectful, or difficult to work with I will refund and cancel your commission. It is not under discussion and you cannot refuse my refund. If you do, I will blacklist you and cancel the commission, regardless of whether or not you let me refund you. I refuse to work on any future commissions with you if you refuse my refund.

Please do not spam me. If you send multiple messages demanding my immediate attention (or demanding your art immediately) without my response, I will refund and cancel your commission. I have 24-48 hours to respond to your message, there is no reason to spam me.

If you commission or receive an uncolored sketch, you are not allowed to color it, line it, or trace it. If I find out that you have, I will blacklist you. It is my personal preference with my work and you are expected to respect that. Only I can finish and color a sketch of mine unless I have given you explicit permission to do otherwise.

I don't do time limits! I can't guarantee that I will be able to finish within the specified time.

You may ask for updates whenever, as long as you don’t spam me about it! Otherwise, I’ll send updates as I progress on your commission. You can ask for any changes at any point during the commission unless it is a character change. Please don’t be afraid to ask for any changes you’d like, as I always want to make sure your commission comes out perfectly! This does not apply to commissions that explicitly say “No changes”.

Give me 24-48 hours to reply to your emails/messages. If I don’t reply within that time, send another message to make sure I got your message. Thank You !!

Discord - You will have to email me first and ask for my discord if you'd like to communicate with me in this way. I will not be putting my discord anywhere public.

Instagram - Anemone_wolfdog--I do not prefer this way as it is hard for me to keep track of Instagram DMs and I may miss or lose your message, however, I can keep our conversation there if it is needed.

Toyhouse - anemone_wolfdog--This is not very preferred either as I forget to check my Toyhouse at times, however, I can keep our conversation there if it is needed.

I only accept Paypal or Cashapp currently. At this time, Cashapp is preferred.

You must pay within 24 hours or your slot will be given to someone else (unless we discussed otherwise).

All my prices are in USD.

I can give refunds out if requested if a month has gone by since the initial start date and no progress has been made. Read the refund section for more information.

You are allowed to tip, but it isn’t expected. It is very much appreciated though!

I do not accept refunds until 3 weeks or a month has passed after you’ve commissioned me and the work has not been started or moved past the sketch phase. If it has not been started or gone past the sketch phase within that time frame you are eligible for a refund!

I will not accept refunds once I’ve started linework.

I will accept refunds when I show you a sketch, but you’ll only get a 75% refund as compensation since I’ve already begun working. You will receive the sketch file.

I have up to 72 hours to issue your refund after you’ve requested it and I have agreed to it. It will not be immediate and you may not demand it be immediate. Sometimes it can take longer depending on the situation I’m in, but I will contact you if so. If not, just send me a quick message.

If you are dissatisfied with your finished product, please let me know! I will make changes and edits to make sure it’s perfect. You have 24 hours to express your dissatisfaction. (Please don’t pretend to love it, then diss me later about your dissatisfaction. If you do I’ll blacklist you since it is absolutely unnecessary of you since I allow changes to be made).

I will not allow chargebacks in any way unless there is proof of my negligence to give you a refund.

If you open a chargeback to avoid my refund policy, I will blacklist you and make a public beware on my social medias to warn other artists. The artwork I made will be forfeited and will be resold or utilized as compensation.

I have the right to blacklist anyone for any reason. You don’t have to be a commissioner, follower, or have any relation to me at all. If you’re blocked, you’re blacklisted.

When I blacklist you, I might give you a brief explanation of why and block you (unless you aren’t a follower of mine and you don’t know who I am) but it isn’t my responsibility. If I feel it’s obvious why I blocked you, I won’t explain myself. This is not under discussion. If you’re blocked, assume you’ve been blacklisted.

If you try to communicate with me further with an alt account or by a friend/family member, I will block the accounts trying to contact me and make a public beware.

If you’re blacklisted, you aren’t allowed to commission me

When you’re blacklisted, you’ll be added to my public blacklist. I will not state why unless you’ve scammed me, charged me back, traced my artwork, or stolen/heavily copied a character of mine.

You are still expected to follow my terms with art of mine you owned before being blacklisted. If I find out you’ve broken my terms with said art, I will make a public beware.

Any species of animal (No matter how bizarre or rare. This includes hybrids, plants, mythical creatures, etc.)

Anthro, feral, or centaur characters. This includes plantigrade and digitigrade legs

Humans and Humanoids, though I am a bit rusty at the moment

All genders and body types (this includes trans, nonbinary, etc.)

SFW nudity (with hidden genitalia. Boobs DO NOT count as genitalia, so I will draw them. I might censor them when posting on my accounts to avoid harassment.)

Light NSFW/ suggestive content (However, This will be extra, please contact me for a quote :) )
